1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if you’ve received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Taste or personal preference-related issues
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Bulk orders or promotional/free items

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at support@snackkfit.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo/video evidence

Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and get back to you.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For replacement requests, we will dispatch the new product at the earliest, subject to availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI/wallet service again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — there may be some processing delay.
